What are hard copy reprints?
Hard copy reprints are professionally printed copies of iSigma Group content printed on quality paper with the iSigma Group header. iSigma Group hard copy reprints are printed by iSigma Group Reprint Resource and can be ordered in volumes of 25 or more. Your order must be approved by iSigma Group before printing may begin and iSigma Group reserves the right to refuse any request for reprint authorization for any reason.

What are digital reprints?
Digital reprints are the digital versions of hard copy reprints. Digital Reprints are hosted by iSigma Group reprint partner and can be purchased for 6 or 12 month periods.

What are permissions?
A permission is a request to reuse or republish iSigma Group content in a newspaper, book, textbook, coursepack, eBook, newsletter, annual report, brochure, press kit, magazine, Website, e-Edition, CD-ROM/DVD, e-mail, or other type of re-use.

How do I obtain copies of iSigma Group articles I have received permission to re-use?
Once permission has been granted, you will be contacted by iSigma Group.

Once permission is granted, you may copy and paste the content for your permissions reuse according to the terms of your license. No content delivery is offered. Reprints are delivered according to your selections during the order process.

What is RSS?
RSS, sometimes known as Really Simple Syndication, is a popular means of sharing content (such as news headlines) without requiring readers to constantly visit a Web site to see what’s new. RSS feeds contain headlines and hyperlinks to longer articles or Web pages. iSigmaGroup.com feeds are free of charge.

How can I receive RSS feeds?
Desktop software applications known as news readers or aggregators can collect, update and display RSS feeds from a wide variety of sources. A number of news readers are available for you to download, many at no cost. Other versions are Web and browser-based. Why am I not receiving my e-mail newsletters?
If you do not receive a validation or confirmation e-mail fromiSigmaGroup.com, it is likely that your Internet Service Provider or desktop e-mail software is filtering or blocking mail from iSigmaGroup.com. Make sure to check your inbox settings to allow e-mail from [email protected] and to bypass any bulk or spam folders.

To ensure delivery, you should first add iSigmaGroup.com to your e-mail address book. E-mail providers may impose some restrictions on how our e-mail is delivered to your in-box. In order to reduce any interruptions in service or to ensure that our newsletters go directly to your e-mail inbox and not into your spam/bulk folder, it is important to add [email protected] to your address book.

How do I change my e-mail address?
To change your e-mail address, simply Contact Us or click on the “ To UNSUBSCRIBE, please click here ” link found at the bottom of the newsletter. Now click on the “Change e-mail address ” link found on the Subscriber Information page. Your old e-mail address will automatically be populated in the “Old” field and you simply have to add your new e-mail address into the “New E-mail” and “Confirm New E-mail” fields. You will receive a confirmation e-mail to your new address to verify that the change has taken place.

I am trying to unsubscribe from your e-mail newsletters, but your system is saying I’m not subscribed. Why is this happening?
You may be trying to unsubscribe from an address to which you are not actually subscribed. This may be the case because of subtle changes that you are unaware of in your e-mail address. This is typically the case of corporate e-mail accounts. To ensure that you are indeed unsubscribing the correct e-mail address, we include this address in the footer of your newsletter.
